Urheberrechtsstreit um KI-generierte Kunst: US Supreme Court winkt ab
Ein von einer KI-Technologie geschaffenes visuelles Kunstwerk erhält in den USA keinen Urheberrechtsschutz, weil dem Werk ein menschlicher Schöpfer fehlt.

Die eigentliche Ironie an der Geschichte ist aus meiner Sicht das Zustandekommen von "KI"-Output:
Die Ergebnisse sogenannter "KI" entstehen vielfach ja gerade unter Nichtbeachtung des Urheberrechtes, weil die Nutzung menschlicher Werke als Trainingsdaten zumeist ohne Wissen, Erlaubnis oder Honorar für die wirklichen, menschlichen Kreativen erfolgt.
