So, nachdem wir die Abstimmungen mehr oder weniger glücklich hinter uns gebracht haben, ist mal wieder Zeit, um über Abstimmungen nachzudenken.

@nohillside hat sich den Fall (Fail?) Basel-Stadt angeschaut.

Obwohl noch wenig Konkretes bekannt ist, lässt das Wenige einige Schlüsse zu: Die Bundeskanzlei hat bisher Risiken im Ablauf der Abstimmung und durch Fehlbedienung/Systemfehler nicht wirklich im Blick gehabt.
