Despite accessibility gains, high unemployment persists for BVI individuals in India's tech sector. This #CSCW2025 paper examines socio-technical barriers, revealing how a lack of constructive feedback after rejection & inaccessible tools critically hamper self-reflection and skill development. The work advocates for co-designing tailored employment intervention tools situated in their contextual challenges to navigate these complex challenges.
